How can I order?

Great to hear you want to order! You can simply order the wallpaper on our website.

Choose one of our designs.

  1. We can also produce custom designs or your own photos as wallpaper, follow the instructions here.
  2. Enter the wall dimensions in the field where you can enter the wall dimensions and frame the picture. Don't worry, we have a note area where you can write different details, in this area you can write any changes you want to make in the design and any notes with your order.

We will send you an e-mail after the purchase is complete. These e-mails will contain your order details and questions we should ask you if needed. Remember, in some cases your approval is needed. Please check your spam or junk mail fields in your e-mail box to track the mails.

How can I protect my ​self adhesive wallpaper from damage?

Wipe your wallpaper with a slightly damp cloth without using chemicals and applying too much printing. Protect against impacts of sharp and hard objects. Avoid continuous frictions that will damage your wallpaper.

Can I remove and rehang my temporary wallpaper?

With adhesive-applied wallpapers and self-adhesive wallpapers, you can do this "on the fly" in a very short time. We strongly do not recommend removing and re-gluing the wallpaper that you have adhered to your wall, dried and drained the excess adhesive under it. To avoid this, we recommend reading our user guides thoroughly, placing every drop before installation and making sure you have everything on hand to complete the installation. How do I remove my temporary wallpaper?

Our temporary wallpaper is designed to last for many, many years and have a true effect on the living space they are hung in. However, if you do decide to remove your paper, it can be removed the same as other temporary wallpapers, by steaming or scraping the strips. Once the strips have been removed, the paste can be washed away from the wall. Unfortunately, it is possible that there might be some cosmetic damage to the wall underneath during removal.

 

 

 

My temporary wallpaper is peeling at the edges, what can I do?

While this is very rare, there are several reasons why this happens. Please contact us at [email protected] with this query and some photos and we will be able to assist you.

Can I change my order after payment?

Once you have completed payment and received your confirmation email, your wallpaper will go into production and as such no further changes can be made. If ordering a mural, we will send over a proof image before you complete payment to give you the chance to make any changes necessary to make the design perfect for you!

Can I get an invoice receipt?

Once you have completed payment for your order, we will send you an email confirmation with a breakdown of costs! If you need a billing receipt let us know at [email protected] and we can send one for you.

What happens after I pay?

Immediately after creating your order, our production team starts production quickly, as soon as the product is shipped, your cargo tracking number will be sent to you by sms and e-mail, and the delivery will take place within 3-5 working days. We cannot intervene in delays due to customs delays and cargo losses. We will send you some tracking information after your order has been shipped. You will also receive a notification e-mail with all order information and user manual. It won't be long before you get your awesome new mural!

Can I pay in installments?

We currently do not offer installment payments, we require full payment to produce your mural. We offer payment via credit or debit card. These details will be added to your invoice.

I changed my mind, can I return my order and receive a refund?

We create our murals based on the unique wall dimensions of each client, and as such, we cannot accept any refunds once a mural has been purchased.

We show you a hard proof at the time of purchase, plus our design team will send you an edited proof for further edits, at which point you can make as many changes as you want. Once you've confirmed you're happy and paid, you can't make any changes to your mural.

We recommend that you double check your wall dimensions before placing your order and you are completely satisfied with your proof painting before completing the payment! You can purchase samples before continuing to check the paper.

What happens if I have issues during installation?

In the event, you are experiencing any difficulties with installation, you can contact one of our customer service team who will try and talk you through the process. It is likely that they will require photo's of the issue to better advise you. You can send any photos and a brief explanation of the issue to [email protected]

Please note that we ask that all wallpapers are checked prior to installation and/or booking any installers to ensure there are no issues with your mural. Once installation begins, we cannot accept liability for any issues that occur as a result. We cannot, under any circumstances, be held accountable for any third party fees in the event of installation issues.

If you have experience and are confident in installing normal 'on the roll' wallpaper, with the help of our hanging guide you should have no problems installing one of our wallpapers. We would suggest that all customers and/or installers take a look at this prior to installation and contact us should you have any further questions.

If this is your first time, it may be best to contact an experienced decorator to install you wallpaper and sharing our instructions with them. When hiring a decorator, consider asking them if they have previous experience hanging wallpaper and if they have previous experience with an overlap and splice technique.

My temporary wallpaper has arrived damaged, what should I do?

We pack our temporary wallpaper in very secure cardboard box so if your mural hasn't arrived as it should, please do let us know!
Firstly, we ask that you please accept and sign for the shipment. This allows us to deal with the issue much quicker than having the courier return the shipment to us. We ask that you please send photos of any damage to the packaging and product to [email protected] for one of our team to assess for you.
We do our utmost to ensure your wallpaper arrives in perfect condition, however, in the event, your wallpaper does arrive damaged, we can have your wallpaper reprinted and sent back out to you as soon as possible.
