The following information details the terms and conditions under which we provide our products or services. By purchasing any of these goods or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Order Process and Payment

After selecting the name/code, details, dimensions and paper you want to print on the wallpaper you want to order through our Marewall.com website, and framing the product online from the places you want, the product picture you see is the final version to be printed. You make the purchase by typing the notes you want to be in the edits and other editions according to the notes section. After you create your order and complete the purchase, we send you your order summary via e-mail. For the arrangements you want to be made, we also contact you via your e-mail address or phone number and start production after receiving your final approval. The product without any note is printed directly. We try to respond to all orders within 24 hours of dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. After absolute approval, the products are shipped within 3-5 working days and your e-mail address and cargo tracking number will be sent as soon as it is given.

Right of Cancellation

Cancellation of the products agreed in the contract can only take place within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed.

Mare Wall passes all products through the quality console before shipping the products, any product or service with obvious defects caused by Mare Wall will be replaced.

Production and Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver orders on time. Our quoted delivery times are approximately 3-5 business days from receipt of payment for all orders worldwide, however please note that due to unforeseen or unexpected issues this time may sometimes be longer, in which case we will endeavor to keep you informed. We cannot be held responsible for delays or errors made by third party courier, customs or postal services. We will always ensure that the order is securely sealed in a rigid packaging. Any damage to the package in transit must be noted at the time of delivery and signed as damaged. If this damage is not recorded with a signed report with the cargo company, we do not accept any responsibility. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes charged at the point of entry to the country of destination.

Quality of Goods

The product should be checked before installation. Any defect should be reported to Mare Wall; No claims can be made after the product has been used or installed. Hanging costs will not be refunded, so please be sure to check the condition of your product before hanging or installing it.

There may be minor color differences between prints, we may only make changes when we agree that the differences are clearly noticeable.

There may be color differences between the proof on the screen and the physical product. We cannot be held responsible for differences between monitor settings. Where color matching is important, we recommend purchasing a printed sample before purchasing to ensure colors are acceptable and we have a sample sales service. Color variations cannot be requested unless you purchase a printed sample.
