Terms And Conditions

Whether you are a beginner or a master at decorating, you can make our products yourself, even if you have never done wallpaper before. Just self-confidence and the rest will come by itself.

How to Measure

We want you to love your wallpaper. Our expert production team conduct rigorous quality checks on each and every strip of paper and we will not let anything leave our HQ if we are not 100% confident that it’s perfect for you.

Shipping & Returns

Whether you have decided on an existing design from our curated collections. Whether you are more daring with a customized design, our friendly team will work with you to ensure your mural is perfect for your wall. And your style.

Custom Murals

Once you have completed payment and received your confirmation email, your wallpaper will go into production and as such no further changes can be made. If ordering a mural, we will send over a proof image before you complete payment to give you the chance to make any changes necessary to make the design perfect for you!

Can I change my order after payment?

Once you have completed payment for your order, we will send you an email confirmation with a breakdown of costs! If you need a billing receipt let us know at hello@marewall.com and we can send one for you.

Can I get an invoice receipt?

Immediately after creating your order, our production team starts production quickly, as soon as the product is shipped, your cargo tracking number will be sent to you by sms and e-mail, and the delivery will take place within 3-5 working days. We cannot intervene in delays due to customs delays and cargo losses. We will send you some tracking information after your order has been shipped. You will also receive a notification e-mail with all order information and user manual. It won't be long before you get your awesome new mural!

What happens after I pay?

We currently do not offer installment payments, we require full payment to produce your mural. We offer payment via credit or debit card. These details will be added to your invoice.
