<h2>Order Process and Payment</h2>
After selecting the name/code, details, dimensions and paper you want to print on the wallpaper you want to order through our Marewall.com website, and framing the product online from the places you want, the product picture you see is the final version to be printed. You make the purchase by typing the notes you want to be in the edits and other editions according to the notes section. After you create your order and complete the purchase, we send you your order summary via e-mail. For the arrangements you want to be made, we also contact you via your e-mail address or phone number and start production after receiving your final approval. The product without any note is printed directly. We try to respond to all orders within 24 hours of dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. After absolute approval, the products are shipped within 3-5 working days and your e-mail address and cargo tracking number will be sent as soon as it is given.
<h2>Right of Cancellation</h2>
Cancellation of the products agreed in the contract can only take place within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed.
Mare Wall passes all products through the quality console before shipping the products, any product or service with obvious defects caused by Mare Wall will be replaced.
<h2>Production and Delivery</h2>
We will make every effort to deliver orders on time. Our quoted delivery times are approximately 3-5 business days from receipt of payment for all orders worldwide, however please note that due to unforeseen or unexpected issues this time may sometimes be longer, in which case we will endeavor to keep you informed. We cannot be held responsible for delays or errors made by third party courier, customs or postal services. We will always ensure that the order is securely sealed in a rigid packaging. Any damage to the package in transit must be noted at the time of delivery and signed as damaged. If this damage is not recorded with a signed report with the cargo company, we do not accept any responsibility. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes charged at the point of entry to the country of destination.
<h2>Quality of Goods</h2>
The product should be checked before installation. Any defect should be reported to Mare Wall; No claims can be made after the product has been used or installed. Hanging costs will not be refunded, so please be sure to check the condition of your product before hanging or installing it.
There may be minor color differences between prints, we may only make changes when we agree that the differences are clearly noticeable.
There may be color differences between the proof on the screen and the physical product. We cannot be held responsible for differences between monitor settings. Where color matching is important, we recommend purchasing a printed sample before purchasing to ensure colors are acceptable and we have a sample sales service. Color variations cannot be requested unless you purchase a printed sample.

Measure the full height and full width of the wall. We need this to find the exact wall size so be sure to double check the measurements before sending them to us. Try to measure from the extreme points of the walls without making any partitions. We only need the dimensions of the surface you want to cover, excluding baseboards or moldings.

If your wall has a door, window, or other obstruction, measure the overall width and height of the wall because the obstruction can easily be cut while hanging. If you’re looking to wrap a wallpaper around multiple walls, simply combine the widths of each wall and submit one measurement when ordering. There’s no need to order the mural as two separate pieces.

<h2>How to measure</h2>
With your measuring instrument, note the width at the extreme points of the wall and the height at the extreme points. We only need the wall dimensions, do not include any baseboards or trim. We do not need the size of the doors and windows on the wall surface. Think of the wall as a whole from right to left and from top to bottom. We only need Width and Length measurements. We will print your wallpaper 1-2% larger than the sizes you give us. This will make installation easier and safer.

We want you to love your wallpaper. Our expert production team conduct rigorous quality checks on each and every strip of paper and we will not let anything leave our HQ if we are not 100% confident that it’s perfect for you.

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your purchase, simply contact our friendly team, and we will try our very best to come to a resolution as quickly as possible. We sell a variety of products on our website and you can find more information on our returns policy for each one below. If there is a problem with your mural, the first thing you should do is contact us within 14 days of receiving the item; You can contact us at +1 (315) 675 5100 or by email at hello@marewall.com. We will ask you to send some photos of your mural to help us fix the problem faster. In most cases, we can tell what the problem is from the photos.
It is important to note that our murals are a bespoke item and are unique to each wall, so no two are the same and have no resale value. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of murals due to a change of plan, simply because they are undesirable, or because once installed, we cannot use them again. An order cannot be canceled after the first 24 hours after payment has been received for your custom mural.
After reviewing the photos, our team will give you a detailed breakdown of what is causing your issue. If Mare agrees that the problem is due to factors beyond our reasonable control or due to misuse by the customer or a related third party of the customer, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage and no refund will be given.
If the problem is determined to be caused by something beyond our control, our helpful team can offer you advice and guidance on some practical steps you can take to try and mitigate the problem. We pride ourselves on customer service and our customers have always been good.
After reviewing the photos, if Mare thinks that the problem is due to something within our control, such as a printing defect or a faulty product, we are happy to accept responsibility and will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In this case, most of the time, we can give you a replacement mural that can be shipped quickly. Mare sees mistakes as a learning opportunity and we work with you to solve problems to create a new one.
However, we understand that there may be instances where our customer would like a refund when a faulty product is received. Our team will gladly do this for you and arrange for the mural to be collected and returned to our head office. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after the mural is returned.
If a customer wishes to return the product himself rather than using our pickup service, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product reaches us in a timely manner and in acceptable condition. We highly recommend using an insured and tracked service and we will not be refunded for any items lost in transit once returned to us.
Please be careful when installing the mural or hiring someone to assist with the installation. Absolutely, we cannot reimburse third party installation fees or take responsibility for installation errors. The product must be checked for possible defects before hiring any third party, as we cannot accept any cancellation fees if the product is not suitable for installation.

It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties accordingly.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract , sales price and payment method and delivery on the SELLER 's website , and has given the necessary confirmation electronically. BUYER 's ;​ Confirming the Preliminary Information electronically, accepting that the address to be given by the SELLER to the BUYER before the establishment of the distance sales contract , the basic features of the ordered products , the price of the products including taxes, and the payment and delivery information are obtained accurately and completely, declares and undertakes.
9.2. Each product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person and/or organization at the address specified by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER 's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 g. is done. If the product cannot be delivered to the BUYER within this period , the BUYER reserves the right to terminate the contract .
9.3. SELLER undertakes to deliver the product subject to the contract completely, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty certificates, user manuals, if any, and information and documents required for the job, free from all kinds of defects , in accordance with the requirements of legal legislation , and in accordance with the standards. It accepts, declares and undertakes to perform within the principles of accuracy and honesty, to maintain and improve the quality of service, to show the necessary care and attention during the performance of the work , and to act with prudence and foresight .
9.4. The SELLER may supply a different product of equal quality and price by informing the BUYER and obtaining his express approval before the contractual performance obligation expires .
9.5. If the SELLER cannot fulfill its contractual obligations in case the fulfillment of the ordered product or service becomes impossible , it will notify the consumer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning of this situation , and will refund the total price to the BUYER within a period of 14 days. accepts, declares and undertakes that it will.
9.6. BUYER acknowledges that he /she will confirm this Agreement electronically for the delivery of the product subject to the contract, and that in case the price of the product subject to the contract is not paid for any reason and / or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER will accept the product subject to the contract . accepts, declares and undertakes that the delivery obligation will end.
9.7. The BUYER shall pay the price of the product subject to the contract to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution as a result of the unfair use of the BUYER 's credit card by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product subject to the contract to the BUYER or the person and/or organization at the address specified by the BUYER. If not, the BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he will return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days, at the shipping expense of the SELLER .
9.8. If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the time limit due to force majeure situations such as the occurrence of situations that are beyond the will of the parties , unforeseen and prevent and / or delay the parties from fulfilling their obligations, the SELLER will notify the BUYER of the situation. accepts, declares and undertakes . The BUYER also has the right to request from the SELLER to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with a similar one, if any, and/or postpone the delivery period until the hindering situation disappears . In case the order is canceled by the BUYER, the product amount will be paid in cash and lump sum within 14 days for the payments made by the BUYER in cash . For payments made by the BUYER by credit card, the product amount will be returned to the relevant bank within 14 days after the order is canceled by the BUYER. BUYER warns that the average process for the bank to reflect the amount returned to the credit card by the SELLER to the BUYER's account may take up to 2 to 3 weeks, and since the reflection of this amount to the BUYER's accounts after the refund to the bank is entirely related to the bank transaction process, the BUYER is at risk of possible delays . accepts, declares and undertakes that it cannot hold the SELLER responsible for this .
9.9. SELLER 's communication and marketing through letters, e-mails, SMS, telephone calls and other means through the address, e-mail address, landline and mobile telephone lines and other contact information specified by the BUYER in the site registration form or updated by him later. has the right to reach the BUYER for notification and other purposes . By accepting this agreement, the BUYER accepts and declares that the SELLER may engage in the above-mentioned communication activities towards him /her .
9.10. BUYER will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them ; dents, broken, packaging torn, etc. Damaged and defective goods/services will not be received from the cargo company. The goods/services received will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER is responsible for carefully protecting the goods/services after delivery . If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must be returned.
9.11. If the BUYER and the credit card holder used during the order are not the same person or if a security vulnerability is detected in the credit card used in the order before the delivery of the product to the BUYER , the SELLER will transfer the identity and contact information of the credit card holder to the previous month's credit card used in the order . The BUYER may request the BUYER to submit the bank statement or a letter from the card holder's bank stating that the credit card belongs to him/her . The order will be frozen until the BUYER provides the information/documents subject to the request, and if the said requests are not met within 24 hours, the SELLER has the right to cancel the order.
9.12. BUYER declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while subscribing to the SELLER 's website is truthful, and that he will compensate the SELLER for all damages that the SELLER may incur due to the untruth of this information, immediately, in cash and in lump sum, upon the first notification of the SELLER .
9.13. BUYER accepts and undertakes to comply with the legal regulations and not to violate them while using the SELLER's website . Otherwise, all legal and penal liabilities that may arise will be entirely and exclusively binding on the BUYER .
9.14. BUYER cannot use the SELLER 's website in any way that would disrupt public order, violate public morality, disturb or harass others, for an unlawful purpose, or in a way that would violate the material and moral rights of others . Additionally , the member cannot engage in any activity (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) that prevents or complicates the use of the services by others.
9.15. Links may be provided through the SELLER 's website to other websites and/or other content that are not under the SELLER 's control and/or owned and/or operated by other third parties . These links are provided for the purpose of providing ease of navigation to the BUYER and do not support any website or the person operating that site and do not constitute any warranty for the information contained in the linked website .
9.16. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this contract will be personally and criminally and legally responsible for this violation and will keep the SELLER free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. Moreover ; If the incident is referred to the legal field due to this violation, the SELLER reserves the right to claim compensation against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement .
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1.         prepared in line with the BUYER 's request or clearly personal needs and cannot be sent back, the right of withdrawal is not possible in accordance with the Regulation .
 
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

3.         Orders placed in special sizes cannot be returned as they are produced individually .
4.         shown as examples on the website , the colors are average, phone, tablet, computer, etc. devices may also appear slightly different from each other . Our products are produced on an average device with little margin of error. There is a risk of color errors due to screen malfunctions that may occur on your devices. To avoid this situation , we recommend that you check the product colors on a different device . Some mobile devices have a night mode feature after a certain time (in the evenings); This feature can change the white balance of the screen colors to yellow in order to avoid tiring the eyes and not losing your sleep. In this case, the colors of the product you are examining will not reflect reality, and you are responsible for this. Depending on the paper to be printed on, colors may vary as matte, pale, bright or vibrant, and this will be declared to you in the preliminary information form.

12. EVENT OF DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that in case of default in case of payment by credit card, the card holder will pay interest within the framework of the credit card contract with the bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; may demand the expenses and attorney's fees that may arise from the BUYER , and under any circumstances , in case of default due to the BUYER's debt, the BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes to pay the loss and damage suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt .
13. COMPETENT COURT
this agreement will be made to the arbitration committee or consumer court on consumer issues in the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction is made, within the monetary limits specified in the law below. Information regarding the monetary limit is below :
Effective as of 28/05/2014:
a) To district consumer arbitration committees in disputes whose value is below 2,000.00 (two thousand) TL, in accordance with Article 68 of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 ,
b) To provincial consumer arbitration committees in disputes with a value below 3,000.00 ( three thousand) TL ,
c) In provinces with metropolitan status, applications are made to provincial consumer arbitration committees in disputes between 2,000.00 (two thousand) TL and 3,000.00 (three  thousand) TL . This Agreement is concluded for commercial purposes.
14. EXECUTION​​​​​
the BUYER makes the payment for the order placed on the Site, he / she is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement . The SELLER is obliged to make the necessary software arrangements to obtain confirmation that this agreement has been read and accepted by the BUYER on the site before the order is placed.

We create our murals based on the unique wall dimensions of each client, and as such, we cannot accept any refunds once a mural has been purchased.
We show you a hard proof at the time of purchase, plus our design team will send you an edited proof for further edits, at which point you can make as many changes as you want. Once you've confirmed you're happy and paid, you can't make any changes to your mural.
We recommend that you double check your wall dimensions before placing your order and you are completely satisfied with your proof painting before completing the payment! You can purchase samples before continuing to check the paper.

I changed my mind, can I return my order and receive a refund?

In the event, you are experiencing any difficulties with installation, you can contact one of our customer service team who will try and talk you through the process. It is likely that they will require photo's of the issue to better advise you. You can send any photos and a brief explanation of the issue to hello@marewall.com
Please note that we ask that all wallpapers are checked prior to installation and/or booking any installers to ensure there are no issues with your mural. Once installation begins, we cannot accept liability for any issues that occur as a result. We cannot, under any circumstances, be held accountable for any third party fees in the event of installation issues.
If you have experience and are confident in installing normal 'on the roll' wallpaper, with the help of our hanging guide you should have no problems installing one of our wallpapers. We would suggest that all customers and/or installers take a look at this prior to installation and contact us should you have any further questions.
If this is your first time, it may be best to contact an experienced decorator to install you wallpaper and sharing our instructions with them. When hiring a decorator, consider asking them if they have previous experience hanging wallpaper and if they have previous experience with an overlap and splice technique.

What happens if I have issues during installation?

We pack our temporary wallpaper in very secure cardboard box so if your mural hasn't arrived as it should, please do let us know! Firstly, we ask that you please accept and sign for the shipment. This allows us to deal with the issue much quicker than having the courier return the shipment to us. We ask that you please send photos of any damage to the packaging and product to hello@marewall.com for one of our team to assess for you. We do our utmost to ensure your wallpaper arrives in perfect condition, however, in the event, your wallpaper does arrive damaged, we can have your wallpaper reprinted and sent back out to you as soon as possible.
