This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders. By placing an order you accept the terms below. Your non-waivable statutory rights are preserved — see the region-specific sections at the end.
Seller of Record
MareWall operates through two legal entities, and your contract is with the one that sells in your region. Orders delivered within Türkiye are sold and invoiced by MAREWALL DEKORASYON DİJİTAL BASKI REKLAM SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (Türkiye). Orders for the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and all other regions are sold and invoiced by WPPDECOR LLC (Delaware, USA). The applicable consumer-law framework follows the seller and your region, as set out in the region-specific sections below.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are custom-made and enter production after the cancellation window described in our Refund Policy. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT+3) are processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
Delivery Times
We offer free worldwide shipping to the countries we serve, via express carriers (primarily FedEx). Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or clearance, force majeure, or incorrect delivery details provided by you. A delay does not entitle you to cancel a custom order beyond the rights described in our Refund Policy or mandatory local law.
Customs & Duties
We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable customs duties and import taxes for delivery to the destination address are covered by us; there are no additional charges payable by you upon delivery.
Accurate Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for non-delivery, delay, loss, or additional costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipment after a failed delivery caused by your details may incur additional shipping charges payable by you.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title to the goods and risk of loss or damage pass to you when you — or a person you nominate, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods, or at the point the carrier records delivery to your address. Where local mandatory consumer law provides a different rule, that rule applies.
Proof of Delivery
We ship via express carriers. In some countries, carriers may leave the package at the designated address rather than hand it to the recipient, and may upload a geotagged photograph as proof. As between you and us, a carrier's proof of delivery to the address on your order — including electronic or physical signature, GPS coordinates, a geotagged delivery photograph, or a tracking status of "Delivered" — constitutes conclusive evidence that your order was delivered. Where such proof exists, we will not accept claims of non-receipt and will not issue a refund or replacement on that basis. For higher-value orders, we may require signature confirmation on delivery.
If You Have Not Received Your Package
First, track your shipment using the tracking number provided and contact your local carrier branch. If the package is genuinely missing and the carrier has not provided valid proof of delivery, notify us in writing within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation on your behalf. Claims made after this period, or where valid proof of delivery exists, cannot be accepted.
Inspection on Delivery & Transit Damage
Inspect the outer packaging before accepting the shipment.
- If you see damage (crushed, torn, wet), do not accept the package — refuse it and ask the delivery personnel to create an official damage report on the spot.
- If damage is discovered after acceptance, file an official carrier damage report and email a copy, with clear photographs of the packaging and product, to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Without an official carrier damage report, transit-damage claims cannot be accepted, because the carrier — not MareWall — is the responsible party for transit damage.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We maintain complete records for every order — order details, date and time, the IP address and device used to place the order, the 3-D Secure (SCA) authentication result and address-verification (AVS) match, your acceptance of these policies, the carrier's proof of delivery, full tracking history, production records for your custom item, and all correspondence.
All card payments are authenticated with 3-D Secure (3DS / SCA) wherever the card supports it; a successful authentication shifts liability for fraudulent-transaction disputes to the card issuer. A custom order becomes binding and non-cancellable once it enters printing/production, which begins shortly after payment. If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed for an order that (a) has valid carrier proof of delivery, or (b) is a custom-made item that has entered production, we will submit this evidence — including production records showing your order had entered printing — to the relevant payment provider (Stripe / PayTR) and card network to contest it. Initiating a chargeback for such an order without first contacting us to resolve the matter is treated as a wrongful dispute and a breach of these terms; we reserve the right to recover resulting costs and to decline future orders.
Statutory Consumer Rights
The timeframes above are operational requirements; they do not waive non-disclaimable consumer rights under applicable law.
EEA / UK Users — Risk passes to you on delivery. You retain your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Rights Act. Delivery is made without undue delay and in line with mandatory maximum delivery periods where they apply.
US / California Users — Proof of delivery governs "item not received" claims as described above. Nothing here limits non-waivable state consumer rights; eligible disputes may be brought in small-claims court.
Türkiye Kullanıcıları — Teslimat ve ayıplı mal süreçleri 6502 sayılı TKHK ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği kapsamındadır; satıcı MAREWALL DEKORASYON'dur. Yasal azami teslim süresi ve ayıplı mal hükümleri saklıdır.
