ŞTİ. ("MareWall", "we", "us"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Which legal entity, currency and consumer-law framework applies to your order depends on your location — see the region-specific sections below.
Eligibility & Account
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your country to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Products Are Custom-Made
All wallpapers and digital prints are produced to the specific dimensions and personal design choices you provide at the time of order. Because they are made specifically for you, cancellation, return and refund rights are limited as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your non-waivable statutory consumer rights are not affected (see region sections below).
Orders, Pricing & Currency
- Prices are displayed in the currency of your region — TRY (₺), EUR (€), GBP (£) or USD ($) — determined automatically from your location.
- The seller of record is MAREWALL DEKORASYON (for orders in Türkiye) or WPPDECOR LLC (for the EU, UK, US and all other regions).
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, or content we cannot print).
- Unless stated otherwise, orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): we cover customs duties and import taxes.
Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content on this website are the exclusive property of WPPDECOR LLC / MAREWALL DEKORASYON and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent. By uploading your own artwork for a custom order, you confirm you hold the necessary rights and grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit unlawful or infringing content for printing, or attempt to disrupt its security or operation.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Preparation of the wall surface and installation are the customer's responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing Law & Disputes
For orders sold by WPPDECOR LLC, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. The region sections below set out rights that apply regardless of this choice of law.
EEA / UK Users
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you benefit from the mandatory protections of your local law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK legislation). For custom-made goods, the right of withdrawal may not apply, but rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
California / US Users
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under California or other US state consumer statutes. Disputes may be brought in small-claims court where eligible.
Türkiye Kullanıcıları
Türkiye içi siparişler 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'ne tabidir; satıcı MAREWALL DEKORASYON'dur. Kişiye özel üretim mallarda cayma hakkı Yönetmelik m.15/1-b uyarınca kullanılamaz; ancak ayıplı mal ve diğer kanuni haklar saklıdır. Uyuşmazlıklarda Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
